Individual drug advice interspersed with a wide range of online pharmacy products

A key part of the multi-channel service of Yliopiston Apteekki, the online pharmacy, required an update. The purpose of the revamp was to build a seamless customer experience combining an extensive selection of 13,000 products with individual customer service offered by pharmacists. The Digia-supplied solution is based on the Magento Enterprise platform integrated with several back-end systems of Yliopiston Apteekki and third parties, including product, customer, order and availability information.

  • Integration with back-end systems allows the presentation of real-time information in the online shop.
