Richer and more consistent product information through centralised product information management

Reima has over 70 years of experience in the design of functional children's clothing. Reima designs clothes that are suitable for all weather conditions and comfortable to play in. Reima’s products are sold in more than 25 countries.

Digia implemented an inRiver PIM system for Reima with the objective of centralising product information management under one system and harmonising the product information enrichment process. The PIM system enables the management of harmonised, enriched and multilingual product information of seasonal products and the flexible use of up-to-date product information in different channels, such as online shops in seven countries and in customer and partner marketing.

In the first phase of the project, the PIM system was deployed and integrated with Reima’s Hybris e-commerce system and the media bank. A separate export tool was also tailored for the system in order to flexibly meet the growing product information needs of Reima’s customers.
