Digia’s Financial Calendar and Annual General Meeting in 2021

During the year 2021, Digia Plc will publish the Financial Statement Release, two Business Reviews and Half Year Financial Report as follows:

• Financial Statement Release 2020: Tuesday, 9 February 2021 at 15:00
• Business Review 1-3/2021: Tuesday, 4 May 2021 at 15:00
• Half Year Financial Report 1-6/2021: Friday, 6 August 2021 at 8:00
• Business Review 1-9/2021: Friday, 29 October 2021 at 8:00

The Annual Report will be available on Digia’s home page on Monday, 22 February 2021.

Digia Plc’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, 17 March 2021. The Board of Directors of the company will convene the meeting.
