Digia’s Financial Calendar and Annual General Meeting in 2022

During the year 2022, Digia Plc will publish the Financial Statement Release, two Business Reviews and Half Year Financial Report as follows:

• Financial Statement Release 2021: Tuesday, 8 February 2022 at 15:00
• Business Review 1-3/2022: Wednesday, 4 May 2022 at 15:00
• Half Year Financial Report 1-6/2022: Tuesday, 9 August 2022 at 15:00
• Business Review 1-9/2022: Friday, 28 October 2022 at 8:00

The Annual Report will be available on Digia’s home page on Thursday, 24 February 2022.

Digia Plc’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Monday, 21 March 2022. The Board of Directors of the company will convene the meeting.
