Digia’s Financial Calendar and Annual General Meeting in 2025

During the year 2025, Digia Plc will publish the Financial Statement Release, two Business Reviews and Half Year Financial Report as follows:

• Financial Statement Release 2024: Tuesday 25 February 2025 at 3.00 p.m. EET
• Business Review 1-3/2025: Friday 25 April 2025 at 8.00 a.m. EEST
• Half Year Financial Report 1-6/2025: Thursday 7 August 2025 at 3.00 p.m. EEST
• Business Review 1-9/2025: Thursday 23 October 2025 at 3.00 p.m. EEST

The Annual Report will be available on Digia’s webpage Thursday 6 March 2025.

Digia Plc’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday 27 March 2025. The Board of Directors of the company will convene the meeting.
