Digia’s Financial Calendar and Annual General Meeting in 2026

During the year 2026, Digia Plc will publish the Financial Statement Release, two Business Reviews and the Half Year Financial Report as follows:

• Financial Statement Release 2025: Thursday 5 February 2026 at 3.00 p.m. EET
• Business Review 1-3/2026: Wednesday 29 April 2026 at 8.00 a.m. EEST
• Half Year Financial Report 1-6/2026: Thursday 6 August 2026 at 3.00 p.m. EEST
• Business Review 1-9/2026: Tuesday 27 October 2026 at 3.00 p.m. EEST

The Board of Directors’ Report and financial statements will be available on Digia’s webpage Friday 6 March 2026.

Digia Plc’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 24 March 2026. The Board of Directors of the company will convene the meeting.
