RPA, or robotic process automation, is increasingly seen as an opportunity rather than a threat to the continuation of one’s work. Irina Marjanen from the housing management company Noste Isännöinti Oy introduced their new digital colleague in just the right context and at the right time, and communicated it understandably and in the right tone.
