Digia's Annual Report for the year 2020 has been published in Finnish and in English on company's website, digia.com. A PDF file of the Annual Report 2020 is also attached to this release.
The Annual Report contains the Board of Directors’ report and the Auditors’ report, the Financial Statements 2020, the Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report.
For the first time, Digia publishes the Annual Report in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The ESEF files are attached to this release.
