Digia has closed the acquisition of Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy

Digia Plc announced on June 27, 2019 the signing of an agreement under which Digia Plc will acquire from Accountor Holding Oy the entire share capital of Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy. The closing conditions of the acquisition have been fulfilled today, and the ownership of Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy shares has been transferred to Digia as of August 1, 2019.

In 2018, Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy’s net sales amounted to EUR 12.7 million and the company employed 101 people. As of June 1, 2019, the company employed 114 people. After the acquisition, more than 360 professionals will work in Digia’s ERP and CRM systems service area.
