Digia was chosen as the partner through a competitive tender
Keslog relied on an ordinary tendering process to choose its partner. In the end, there were no significant differences between the systems on offer, so the company consulted its partners.
“Keslog's cooperation partners had good things to say about Digia's system and expertise. This influenced our choice,” says Liukkonen.
Digia's ProSped customs clearance and forwarding system included everything the company needed. Keslog and Digia carried out a Proof of Concept phase, which clinched the deal.
“Digia's system featured complete customs EDI, which was a major advantage. There was no need to set up customs messaging separately,” says Liukkonen.
