We hereby announce that Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the company's ownership:
Ingman Development Oy Ab (Business ID: 0944522-5) has on 26 February, 2015 informed Digia that the amount of Digia Plc's shares and votes under its control exceeds 20% of Digia Plc's shares and votes. Altogether Ingman Development Oy Ab controls 4,219,097 shares of Digia, corresponding to 20.21% of Digia's all shares and votes.
The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,087,564.50 and 20,875,645 shares.
