We combine technological possibilities and human capabilities to build intelligent business society and a sustainable future.
We are building the sustainable growth of our business in balance with people and the environment.

Our focus areas in sustainability are based on the company's strategy and form part of the targets for the strategy period:
Our positive impact is widely visible in society through our customer collaborations. Digital solutions play a key role in resolving significant sustainability challenges across industries. In customer work, this is reflected in ensuring digital security and in supporting customers in developing energy-efficient and sustainable technology solutions.
At the same time, we continue our long-term efforts to reduce the negative impacts of our own operations and value chain. We reduce our CO₂ emissions in line with science-based emission reduction targets (SBTi). As we expand internationally, we invest in developing our employees’ skills and well-being, and we build an equal and meaningful work environment.
We have reported on our sustainability in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) starting from the 2024 reporting year.
Our corporate responsibility is based on our ethical principles approved by the Board of Directors as well as the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We are a participant in the UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate responsibility initiative. We are committed to respecting human rights in accordance with the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Global Compact, and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
