We hereby announce that Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the company's ownership:
Ingman Group Oy Ab (Business ID: 0702478-5) has on February 26, 2015 informed Digia that Ingman Group Oy Ab has sold 4,200,00 Digia Plc's shares, as a result whereof the amount of shares in Ingman Group Oy Ab’s control has decreased under 5% of the shares and votes of Digia.
After said transaction Ingman Group Oy Ab controls 0 shares of Digia.
The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,087,564.50 and 20,875,645 shares.
