Digia is renewing its Avalon business with an eye to intelligent customer experience

Avalon, which operates as part of Digia, offers service design, marketing and brand building services as well as expertise in data utilisation and digital solutions as a unique package for developing the customer experience.

Avalon became part of Digia in September 2022, and the merger was completed in June 2023.

“Originally, we arrived at the acquisition because we saw that together we could build new, more extensive service packages for our customers. Now we are ready to launch the renewed offering on the market. We have also overhauled Avalon’s brand identity, which is symbolic of renewal and a new era as part of Digia”, says Jari Laakso, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Avalon.
