Lounea renews its business system – aiming for automated processes and growth
The ERP renewal will start with an analysis phase in cooperation with Digia.
Lounea, a Finnish fiber operator and ICT solutions expert, has launched a strategically significant renewal project to unify its business processes and modernize its core systems.
"We have been building connections for Finns for more than 130 years. Our goal is to make our customers' digital everyday lives uncomplicated in the coming decades as well. Lounea has approximately 90,000 customers, nearly 18,000 owners, and approximately 300 employees.
