We hereby announce that Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the company's ownership:
Kari Juhani Karvinen has on 26 April, 2016 informed Digia that the amount of Digia Plc's shares and votes under his control is under 5% of Digia Plc's shares and votes. Altogether Kari Karvinen controls 1,000,000 shares of Digia, corresponding to 4.79% of Digia's all shares and votes.
The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,087,564.50 and 20,875,645 shares.
