Digia Rises Strongly in Universum's Employer Ranking

The 2025 survey included responses from 6,172 professionals across 43 industries and 37 occupational groups. Respondents evaluated employers using Universum’s attribute framework, which considers factors such as career opportunities, leadership, innovation, workplace culture, rewards, and job meaningfulness. The comparison measures the following:

•    Awareness: How many people know the company as an employer?
•    Consideration: How many could imagine applying for a job at the company?
•    Desire: How many choose the company as one of their top five ideal employers?
•    Application: How many have applied or intend to apply for a job at the company?

According to the results, as many as 94% of IT professionals recognize Digia as an employer. In the category measuring whether respondents could consider applying to a company, Digia ranked fourth among all IT sector players. On the list of ideal employers and among companies that employees have applied to or plan to apply to, Digia achieved 13th place.
