Valtori continues integration cooperation with Digia with a €4.5 million agreement
The Government ICT Centre Valtori has chosen Digia as its development and maintenance partner for its VIA integration platform for the next five years with a EUR 4.5 million agreement.
Valtori's shared integration service VIA is a centralised messaging and file transfer service that enables central government organisations to implement integrations between information systems.
"VIA is a key service in central government e-services. Through competitive tendering, we were looking for a reliable and competent partner with experience in efficiently implementing functional and secure integration services", says Teemu Väänänen, Product Manager of Valtori's integration services.
"We have cooperated with Digia for a long time. It is great that our cooperation will continue. Digia has deep operational and technological expertise that meets our needs and supports our operations. The continued cooperation enables us to develop our service efficiently and innovatively", Väänänen adds.
"It is great to continue cooperating with Valtori and central government organisations. As Finland's leading integration provider, we have been developing digital services for central government for years, and we are proud to continue this socially significant work", says Janne Tuominen, Digia's Senior Vice President, Managed Solutions.
"Well-functioning and secure data flows are increasingly important for the smooth running of everyday life and the functioning of society. We have solid experience in implementing integrations critical to society and security. With our extensive experience and offering, we can be the trusted and agile partner Valtori needs," Tuominen adds.
