Whitelane Research: Digia ranks among Finland’s top IT service providers
Digia is one of Finland's best IT service providers, ranked in shared third place for customer satisfaction in the latest Whitelane Research study. The company also remains among the top ten providers in the Nordics.
The 2026 Nordic IT Sourcing Study conducted by Whitelane Research evaluated 34 IT service providers. More than 450 representatives of the largest IT-spending organizations in the Nordic countries responded to the survey.
“This result shows that our focus on long-term partnerships and end-to-end lifecycle responsibility creates real value for our customers, even in a challenging market,” says Janne Tuominen, Senior Vice President, Managed Solutions at Digia.
Demand for IT services is growing, but delivery models are changing
Nearly 80 per cent of customers are satisfied or very satisfied with Digia's services.
"The importance of partnerships will increase as the demand for IT services increases, but delivery models change," Tuominen says.
Customers' IT environments are increasingly complex and extensive, and they must tackle development backlogs and new technologies simultaneously. There is a need to scale services and reduce costs. The focus is on the core business and the utilisation of new technologies.
Digia’s answer to this is a customer-centric lifecycle model that combines development, maintenance, and continuous improvement into one scalable service.
“Organizations need a partner to manage their digital environment who can cost-effectively take overall responsibility for the implementation, maintenance, and development of services, around the clock, if necessary. Whether it's data, cloud services, integrations, platforms, automation, or AI, or all of these. This is also our strength as a company with a wide range of services," says Tuominen.
