Digia launches a next-generation service center - Business Operations Center monitors and operates business processes 24/7
The unique Digia Service Center, which has been operating in Finland for more than 10 years, is expanding into the Digia Business Operations Center, which is comprehensively responsible for the operation and development of organisations' information systems.
The new Digia Business Operations Center has been developed to support organisations' 24/7 business. It monitors customers' business processes and ensures their functionality. With the service, organisations can serve their customers in digital channels around the clock, every day of the year.
The service includes a real-time situational picture of the operational activities of ICT environments, monitoring of business processes, and reacting to anything that may disrupt their functionality. It utilises the latest technologies, such as AI, which enables, among other things, faster intervention in potential problems.
There is no similar service in Finland. It is based on Digia's continuous service, the Digia Service Center, which has been developed for over 10 years and serves over 700 customers.
