Digia’s insider guidelines

Digia complies with the current Guidelines for Insiders issued by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. Digia also adheres to its own insider guidelines, which supplement Nasdaq Helsinki’s guidelines. Digia’s General Counsel is responsible for insider issues.

Manager transactions

The Board of Directors, CEO and other members of the Management Team are defined as persons discharging managerial responsibilities. The transactions of Digia Plc’s persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their closely associated persons are disclosed in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.

We observe a 30-day closed window period prior to the publication of financial reports. During the closed window, Digia Plc’s persons discharging managerial responsibilities and the employees involved in the preparation of financial reports are forbidden from trading in Digia Plc financial instruments on their own behalf or on behalf of a third party, whether directly or indirectly.
